Highly respected in the UK, Dominic is recognised as an industry leader within the Search and Selection market. Educated at York University, Dominic graduated with a 2:1 in Economics and Politics. Upon graduation Dominic was determined to work within the Finance Search and Selection market and wanted to join a business as ambitious as he was. Therefore when the chance came up to join Mackenzie Stuart in 2005 Dominic felt it was too good an opportunity to refuse.
Dominic chose to specialise in the placement of Management/Board level appointments, typically appointing CFOs, Financial Directors, Financial Controllers, Audit Directors and Corporate Finance executives into a diverse client base both on a permanent and an interim basis. A specialist in FMCG and Retail, Construction and Utilities, and Financial Services markets, Dominic is part of a vast network of CEOs, GMDs, CFOs, FDs & HR Directors throughout the UK. Due to his success Dominic was promoted rapidly and now heads up the Finance division of Mackenzie Stuart.
Dominic is ambitious, determined, positive and progressive with new business. His quality led focus ensures best practice is adhered to. Dominic's team in Finance specialises in appointments from £50,000 to £100,000. Whilst running the Finance business Dominic is keen to lead by example and also heads up senior appointments with average salaries falling in the £100k to £300k bracket.
Dominic has Board level responsibility for the design, management and delivery of the Financial practice at Mackenzie Stuart.
