I had been considering getting into Recruitment for some time. Following University I really wanted something career focused and challenging so decided to get into the recruitment sector as it could offer me the prospects and stimulation others could not.
Aiming to be the best at what I do, my ambition was to work for a market leading search firm dealing with prestigious executives at the highest level. Having been in recruitment for many years I can honestly say that Recruitment is a fantastic industry, it is one of the few industries that can give you many opportunities, whether it is monetary, management, sales and working in virtually any industry.
