I picked recruitment as a career because it is the most challenging of sales jobs. Mackenzie Stuart is one of the most challenging recruitment companies, and I have enjoyed my first year immensely.

 I joined with the view of developing a completely honest approach to recruitment and Mackenzie Stuart has given me the space to develop that approach. During my time here I have been able to develop a network of very senior level contacts in my own market and enjoy talking with people at the highest level.
