Rebecca joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2005, during its inception
and has been integral in the development of the Consumer Goods
& Retail sectors within the business since the first day of
trading. With over 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing
roles, she began her career specialising in the recruitment of
Management to Board level Commercial candidates within the Food
& Beverage Manufacturing arena, branching out into the Supply
Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing, Technical, HR and Retail
Operations markets over the course of the following 4 and a half years.
Qualifying in Graphic Design and Public Relations before commencing her
career in recruitment, she also takes an active role in the ongoing
development of the Mackenzie Stuart brand along with managing the
design and production of corporate literature and website property.
Now responsible for a team of specialist Consultants and
Managers, Rebecca has developed long standing relationships with
several of the UK's leading FMCG Manufacturing groups along with multi
site retailers and distributors. With constant focus on ensuring the
business offers a consistently high level of service and unrivalled
market knowledge to all new and existing customers, Rebecca remains
hands-on in the process of recruitment for key clients across the UK
& Europe along with additional responsibility for training and
coaching of consultants across the business.
