Approached to join Mackenzie Stuart plc in 2006 Steven has helped grow and develop the Industrial Division, with his key focus on corporate value, market segmentation and profitability. Prior to joining Mackenzie Stuart, Steven led an extensive career in corporate account management and strategic business development both in the UK and Internationally.
Commanding the division he recruits cross functionally with a range of organisations within the building services, energy, renewable, power generation and infrastructure sectors with particular emphasis on electrical engineering. Through extensive market knowledge and key relationships within these market sectors Steven has sustained a level of expertise which allows him to provide the best possible solution and service to both candidates and clients.
Steven has an extensive track record of leading the sourcing of Board level appointments and mid to senior appointments within sales and marketing, projects, operations and specialist engineering. Consequently, Steven has built and maintained a strong network and reputation within the industrial markets and has a proven track record of delivery for both leading global blue chip clients and SME’s.
