We will spend time with you to understand your background, requirements, motivations and ambitions and then tailor our search for you to try to meet your expectations.
Prior to any interview we will provide you with full background information on the company, the job in question and how we feel that you will fulfil their requirements and how they match with your needs and aspirations. We will help you through the interview and offer process, salary negotiations and remain in contact with you as you settle into your new position.
We can also provide you with specialist advice on salaries within your market sector, CV preparation and interview advice and general career consultancy and advice.
