THE BUSINESS
Mackenzie Stuart is presently working with a leading house builder operating on a national scale. The organisation is looking to bring on a Senior Land professional with experience in handling immediate and strategic land.

THE ROLE:
*Land Development lead responsible for the all land processes within the regional office, handling land purchasing for multiple projects.
*Current regional unit production looking to increase from 500 to 600 units over the next 2 years, the successful candidate will be required to identify opportunities to continue this growth following a 5 year business plan.
*Required to deal with various stages of land planning and developments including strategic and immediate.
*Responsible for managing and submitting bids alongside assessing off-market opportunities.
*Responsible for the preparation of group land reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have sound knowledge of local plans with ability to take through from identification to exchange and completion (managing legal process).
*Must have a strong knowledge of surrounding areas along with a sufficient network of contacts.
*Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and bid applications for a variety of audiences.
*Must have experience at Land Management experience.
*Required to have at least 5 years industry experience.

Mackenzie Stuart are currently in close partnership with a large start up builder currently in a rapid growth phase to become one of Texas’ leading volume builders. As a result of a 3 year strategic business plan they now need a Sales Leader to take closings to over 2000 across multiple markets.

THE ROLE
* The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional President to focus on Austin and San Antonio markets.
* Lead and grow a team of sales staff over 10 current communities growing to over 26 active outlets by the end of the year. You will design and implement sales and marketing procedures and campaigns for all existing and new communities.
* Focused predominantly on single family first move up and town homes, tasked with delivering long-term sales strategies.
* You will lead people to increase delivery year on year and grow as a team, parallel to organization growth whilst aligning to the corporate culture of a strong work-life balance.

REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience leading the Sales & Marketing function within a volume home builder
* A track record of exceeding targets while maximizing conversions and profitability
* Proven ability to build and develop a high-performing Sales teams
* Central Texas experience is a bonus but not required.
* Must be computer literate with sound technical knowledge of Microsoft systems.

The Role:
*Provide overall supervision of project safety, accident and fire protection on a +$500M major Design Build transportation project.
*Deliver outstanding performance by maintaining a safe environment for project site operations.
*Plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional dept. heads.
*Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
Document all accidents, safety violations and unsafe activities.
*Develop and coordinate Management Training/First Aid Training/ MSHA/OSHA training to all site employees.
*Daily safety audits and inspections.
*Collect and prepare monthly man-hour, accident information, citation experience and quarterly loss run information for staff.
*Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.
