Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Your Expertise: Over 12 years of business development experience at a senior level in Third Party Logistics (3PL) including business services in the areas of supply chain, warehousing, distribution, transportation, food/consumer package goods, etc.
- In-Depth Industry Knowledge: specific knowledge of processors, wholesalers, brokers, retailers, etc. Ideally candidate has specific 3PL experience with food manufactures, food retailers, food importers and exporters.
- Europe: experience in leading teams, engaging in and nuances of countries across Europe
- Sales and account management process: worked with and ideally led using salesforce.com or other tools to support region, team and individual performance in new business targets, renewals and customer service measurement.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrate inspiring leadership in dynamic, competitive landscapes.
- Financial Acumen: Interpret financial performance and develop and implement plans to improve underperforming facilities.

The expected salary for this position is between £100,000-£120,000 per annum.
