Dan’s BA situates him perfectly to recruit for both an individual’s or business’ requirements, with a detailed understanding and personable attitude. Dan’s openness and experience in a variety of cultures and languages makes him flexible and adaptable to any international business setting.

David is the Group Financial Controller for the Mackenzie Stuart group of companies, responsible for group reporting, financial management & seeking out new opportunities & efficiencies for the group.

David joined the group in 2022 & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the finance sector operating at board & senior level for various SME companies, David’s experience will help the group to push onwards in its continued growth over the coming years.

Outside of work David when not spending quality time with his young family, he can be found either running or climbing mountains (having recently summited a 4000+ metre mountain in the Atlas Mountains) could the group summit Everest in the near future!!!

Enya Innes is an Executive Consultant within the Ingredients division recruiting specifically within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on mid-to-senior level commercial placements. Her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences/Microbiology allows her to host in-depth discussions with candidates and clients on the technicalities of their profession.

The Ingredients division at Mackenzie Stuart has over 20 years’ experience – in this time we have successfully worked with a vast array of professionals, resulting in us being a well-respected and highly south-after partner for both candidates and clients.

George works closely with a diverse group of clients in the Personal Care Ingredients market, supporting and assisting in the consulting, search, and selection of industry experts. During his tenure with the firm, he has been instrumental in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions and has a wealth of international experience partnering with private, large public and private equity backed companies.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds and leverages his experiences in client facing roles to deliver a tailored approach to Executive Search.

Harry Francis is a Managing Consultant leading the Global Animal Health & US Veterinary Services team. He is highly regarded in the Animal Health and US Veterinary Services Sector, working extensively with the industry’s leading and fastest growing Corporate Veterinary Groups. He also works extensively with manufacturers & distributers of veterinary biological, diagnostic, pharmaceutical & therapeutic products, having placed candidates in APAC, Europe, & United States across Commercial. Technical, R&D, Regulatory and Leadership functions.

His team also work in Animal Nutrition, with an extensive network of candidates and clients specializing in the manufacturing or distribution of nutritional and specialty ingredient products.

James graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Microbiology which lends itself to some technical aspects in the Chemicals industry. Joe is the Managing Consultant in our Specialty Chemicals Team. With a specific focus on Fuels, Lubricants & Petrochemicals, Joe has brokered long-term relationships with mid-sized chemical manufacturers to Supermajors, making a number of senior placements globally.

Joe graduated with a Masters of International Relations, lending perspective & knowledge to the wider challenges facing the Oil & Energy industry. His team have developed expert knowledge in the Specialty Chemicals space and continue to enjoy great success in providing talent solutions for their clients, predicated on cultivating lasting relationships.

Joe works closely with a diverse group of clients in the Testing, Inspection & Certification market, supporting candidates and clients with seamless job searches. During his time with the organisation, he has achieved multiple high-level placements with public, private equity backed and private equity organisations across multiple certification sectors. With a key focus in the medical device, electronics, consumer and transportation space.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Leeds and leverages his experiences in personal relations to build long lasting client relations within Executive Search.

Joe Campbell is an Managing Consultant in our Logistics & Supply Chain team. With a focus on the North American market, Joe has made placements within some of the world’s leading Third-Party Logistics companies.

Working as part of the wider Logistics division, Joe has fostered relationships with key industry decision makers and has established a network that spans both cross-functionally and across multiple service verticals.

Michael heads up the Manufacturing, Automation and Technology team, specialising in the source and supply of experienced professionals within a wide range of functions, Senior Management, Research & Development, Sales and Marketing, Business Development & Strategy, Supply Chain and Operations.

His team specialize in senior and niche appointments across a multitude of verticals within the space including Factory Automation, Machine Vision, Instrumentation, Warehouse Automation, Test & Measurement and Semiconductors. He also works closely with numerous PE-backed Industrial Manufacturing organizations on leadership transformation assignments.

Michael’s team are well-known and well-regarded in the industry – they have completed a number of challenging assignments whilst operating with a high level of diligence, aptitude and confidentiality.

Nick Weavers is responsible for the hiring, developing and training the highest calibre of graduate talent into the world of executive search. Him and his team lead the Learning & Development structure across our Leeds & London offices. 

After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2016, Nick joined the business as a consultant who has now worked his way up to become the Head of Talent & Training and plays an integral part in the growth and development of the business.

Rhianna is a Managing Consultant leading a team within the agrochemical (crop protection, fertiliser) and plant and seed space. Also covering agricultural technology sectors. Specialising across senior commercial and technical roles across Europe and North America. Joined Mackenzie Stuart after graduating from Newcastle University with a first class degree in Politics and Sociology. Rhianna’s team works with a variety of organisations providing search and selection services with MNCs, mid-size and start up companies. 

Ross joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2019, after graduating from the University of Leeds. He was quickly promoted to Managing Consultant and now leads a team of consultants with expertise spanning across a number of industries.

Ross entered executive search with a focus on recruiting senior management and leadership roles within healthcare organizations across the US, specializing in Autism & Dental services. Shinead is the Finance Manager for the Mackenzie Stuart Group of companies and is responsible for all of the day-to-day finance related activities.

After graduating with honours from Leeds Beckett University, Shinead joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2014 as a Finance Assistant and quickly progressed into the Finance Manager role. Shinead’s key responsibilities include monitoring day-to-day financial operations, invoicing and other transactions, purchase ledger, managing sage accounts & providing key documents to the Board and Finance Director.

Outside of work, Shinead is a keen netballer and competes at a high level. When she is not playing netball competitively, Shinead enjoys walks in the countryside, keeping fit in the gym and socialising with friends and family.

Vicky is the Mackenzie Stuart Group HR & Data Protection Manager; she has 5 years of successful experience in employee management and she also oversees the groups data management and compliance functions.

After studying and working in fashion retail management, Vicky decided to change her career path and joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2016 as a receptionist. She quickly showed her ability to manage employee relations and became the company’s first Human Resources Manager. Whilst working at Mackenzie Stuart, she has studied and passed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management.

Vicky is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and is an essential part in helping employees achieve their goals and reach their potential.
