Mackenzie Stuart was established with a wealth of recruitment experience across different sectors. At the outset, the Senior Management team decided they did not want to become “just another recruitment company” and aimed to find ways to differentiate themselves from their competition.
Whereas the type of services any recruitment company can offer are typically very similar, it is the implementation of the processes and use of available resource that makes the difference.

For this reason each consultant specialises within one market sector, led by someone with long standing experience and knowledge of that industry. This means that rather than working with someone with a general understanding of recruitment you will receive specialist advice from someone with an intimate understanding of the market you work in on a daily basis. Interview Process
It is a primary focus for us to provide you with candidates who meet you requirements, not only on paper but in person. Once we have taken a detailed brief we will create an interview process so you only see the best available and relevant individuals. All candidates are interviewed by us against agreed criteria and we are very focused in making sure the right cultural fit is met.
