Advertised Selection enables Mackenzie Stuart to identify experienced and up and coming executives with specific qualities over a wide range of business functions.
There are three phases to the process. Firstly, we use research to conduct a thorough analysis of our client's business. This includes evaluating their business needs and strategies, financial and market position and the culture of the company. We then identify the requirements and key responsibilities of the role within the organisation.
Mackenzie Stuart will then develop the copy and content of the advertisement with the client and offer advice on its timing and placement, ensuring client confidentiality where required.
We will professionally screen the response, interview the best candidates thoroughly, check references rigorously and provide a shortlist of highly qualified individuals. The selection process then continues to provide support and advice to the client from interviewing to final salary negotiations.
