PSL Recruitment utilizes the skills and experience of a
dedicated individual or team to focus on recruitment for one specific
client. As Mackenzie Stuart has grown we have partnered with more and
more of our clients in order to establish a more pro-active and
efficient methods of recruitment.
Within this process we would meet with a number of individuals
within the client in order to fully understand the business, its
culture and their requirements. Armed with this knowledge we are better
placed than most to react quickly to the needs of the client and source
relevant individuals as and when the vacancies arise.
Due to the nature of the on-going relationship with the client
we are able to take the time and resource to map out our clients market
place and identify relevant individuals that will be of potential
interest either now or in the future
