The Role
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a challenging one. It will test you on a daily basis. It is however a role where you take responsibility for your success and your reward is dependant on the effort you are prepared to put in. Each day is different and presents new challenges to deal with. It will test and improve your skills in problem solving, communicating, persuading and managing projects. Because of these factors the sense of achievement when making placements is what sets this role apart from others.
The Culture
At Mackenzie Stuart each consultant will be given all the necessary training and support but we then strongly believe that our consultants should be empowered to develop their own approach and style and grow their own reputation in the market place.
