Advertised Selection enables Mackenzie Stuart to identify experienced & up & coming executives with specific qualities over a wide range of business functions.

There are three phases to the process. Firstly, we use research to conduct a thorough analysis of our client’s business. This includes evaluating their business needs & strategies, financial & market position & the culture of the company. We then identify the requirements & key responsibilities of the role within the organisation.

Mackenzie Stuart will then develop the copy & content of the advertisement with the client & offer advice on its timing & placement, ensuring client confidentiality where required.

We will professionally screen the response, interview the best candidates thoroughly, check references rigorously & provide a shortlist of highly qualified individuals. The selection process then continues to provide support & advice to the client from interviewing to final salary negotiations.
