Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading Pre-Clinical CRO in their search for a Director of Bioanalysis. This would be a hybrid position based in the UK.
The role:
- Management of Bioanalytical team – 3 Direct reports
- Oversight of day-to-day operations within the Bioanalysis department
- Liaising with key clients along with Project Managers
- Identifying hiring and training needs within Bioanalytical team
- Quarterly performance reviewal of the Bioanalytical team
- Reporting directly to the VP of Bioanalysis – process updates, budgetary enquiries, major operation changes
Requirements:
- BSc/BA minimum – Scientific field
- Minimum 3 years in a Leadership position within Life Sciences
- Minimum 3 years working for a Pre-Clinical CRO
- Strong knowledge of Bioanalytical methods and instruments – must be familiar with validated assays, LC-MS, immunoanalytical
