Director of Global Materials

Role:

• Coordinate and lead the implementation, design, launch and maintenance of the supply chain management
• Responsible for material supply planning, material replenishment & signalling systems
• Lead the annual budget review process and collaborating with key partners to develop annual operating plans
• Design and execute testing programs focusing on performance evaluation of 3D-Printed materials and structures
• Design manufacturing cell material replenishment systems allowing the smooth running of supply flows
• Research sustainability opportunities to support the company’s sustainability reduction goals
• Develop ‘forward thinking’ strategy and vision for the Global Materials programme

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 Years of relevant Materials & Supply Chain experience
• Minimum of 5 Years leading technical teams
• Excellent knowledge of 3D Printing post-processing workflows
• Excellent knowledge of the large-scale 3D Printing Processes (hardware, control and software systems, and design)
• Ability to work and manage in a global team setting
• Ability to build and influence strong networks internally and externally
• Proven ability to formulate and administer major technical programs
• Ph.D, M.S or highly qualified in business, supply chain or other related degree.
