Primary Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to support Talent Management processes
  • Implement HR workforce strategies and initiatives to ensure talent and organisational capabilities align with business needs
  • Lead the development of Human Capital solutions to address complex business issues
  • Serve as an active member of the leadership team in assigned business/function
  • Lead, mentor and develop a matrixed team of local and remote HR Business partners
  • Ensure the biweekly payroll is reviewed and submitted on time; act as liaison to the payroll company
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all federal and state laws governing human resources
  • Direct the design and implementation of programs that promote employee engagement and satisfaction of staff


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ Years of human resources experience as a subject matter expert
  • Previous experience working within the Additive Manufacturing Industry
  • Management/Leadership experience
  • Track record of progressive development through working experiences in various areas of HR management
  • Expert in building relationships
