The Role:

The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the development and growth of this innovative and unique programme by developing partnerships with CCG’s. The role requires an individual who has a strong proven record of winning contract bids.

Additionally, you will be responsible for pitching the product to new prospective clients which will require a thorough understanding of how the product works and would benefit the customer. These pitches will be targeted towards senior leadership. Furthermore, this role will be assisting with the firm establishment of an innovative product in the market.

Candidate:

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ year’s background in B2G healthcare sales.

A detail orientated individual who demonstrates a passion for problem solving which transfers into bringing value to the client’s success. The candidate must have clear drive and energy for sales taking a very proactive ‘hunter’ approach in this role.

Previous experience selling into CCGs is essential.

Program Director – IDD

Mackenzie Stuart is working with one of the leading behavioral health organisations on the East Coast, specializing in mental health services and intellectual and developmental disability services. They are looking for a Program Director to join their team to work with those suffering from intellectual and developmental disabilities.

 

Client:

Our client is one of the leading behavioral healthcare organizations in the US. They are a non-profit organisation who serve individuals suffering with mental health issues, autism spectrum disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities, among other things. Engaging with families and using evidence based methods, they help to change the lives of the individuals who are struggling with behavioral health disorders.

Our client operate with a strong servant leadership culture, putting the needs of others first. They also put a big emphasis on putting client’s first and really engaging with clients and their families.

Role:

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and development of operations for multiple homes within their region, as well as providing direction to team members. They must assure that client treatment and service plans are developed and up to date. Additionally, the successful candidate will have financial responsibilities, such as budget adherence. All of this should be achieved whilst also upholding the highest quality standards of care. This position would also hold responsibility over hiring and developing a strong team by creating a positive culture, focused around high staff retention.

Candidate requirements:

A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social work, or other Human Services related fields is preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in human services is also a requirement, with managerial experience preferred. Must have sound knowledge of the regulatory requirements.

Other desired attributes include; High level computer skills with a mastery of Microsoft applications, the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and demands, organisational skills, problem solving skills and the ability to manage crisis.

The Role:

The individual will be responsible for the quality assurance of the company’s entire stack of technology, from back end to cloud and mobile front end. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing tests on applications on IOS, Android and Web platforms.

Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and refining the testing framework for all our technology. This role will require you to design and implement automated test scripts to integrate into the companies’ workflow. You will also be issue hunting to find current vulnerabilities in the system.

Candidate:

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience working in Quality Assurance in the digital healthcare industry.

Additionally, you must me fluent working with JavaScript and Node.

Executive Director – Telehealth

Mackenzie Stuart are currently representing a growing Telehealth organization expanding their presence across the US. The organization are seeking an Executive Director of Telehealth to provide leadership and operational direction on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be leader of the entire program including primary and behavioural health service lines and will have opportunity to grow the business throughout the West Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities;                                                                  

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and organizational policies, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ensures operations remain within budgets
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed
  • Maintain strong communication with the Board, particularly of any significant events or issues
  • Grow the engagement and utilization of patients on the service
  • Assist with driving new patients to grow the service
  • Ensures that all staff & patients have completed all paperwork around licenses to be fully completed.
  • Lead growth opportunities and assist with implementation different partner settings.
  • Ensures full training and development for all clinical and non-clinical
  • Develops counseling staff schedule for patient group sessions
  • Work to implement telehealth services into the different
  • Assists with the clinical aspects of the quarterly quality assurance program reviews
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with local, state and federal authorities where necessary
  • Assists in achieving and maintaining accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies

The organization are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and operational direction to the clinic on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be leader of a large outpatient Medication Assisted Recovery clinic and will have opportunity to grow the business and open further locations across the United States.

Responsibilities;                                                                  

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and organizational policies, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ensures clinic operated within all budgets including payroll, overtime and supplies
  • Ensures accurate daily accounting of all cash transactions and daily accounting of the medication inventory
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed
  • Maintain strong communication with the Board, particularly of any significant events or issues
  • Assist with driving census and getting new clients through the doors
  • Ensures that all staff & patients have completed all paperwork around intake, admission, discharge and aftercare
  • Lead growth opportunities and assist with opening new clinics
  • Ensures full training and development for all clinic staff and contract labor
  • Develops counseling staff schedule for patient group sessions
  • Work to implement telehealth services into the clinic and then subsequently opened outpatient clinics
  • Assists with the clinical aspects of the quarterly quality assurance program reviews
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with local, state and federal authorities where necessary
  • Assists in achieving and maintaining accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies
  • Ensures correct documentation of patient progress by staff in all patient charts & provide reports as requested
  • Participates in community relations activities as directed and permitted
  • Participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, State, DEA etc.

Requirements;                                  

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required; Master’s preferred
  • Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a medication assisted recovery program/program operations
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in one of the following fields; substance abuse, psychology, counseling, sociology or related field
  • A knowledge and understanding in telehealth services is strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and verbal communication skills
