About The Company

Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a national rapidly growing Agrochemical company, in the search of a “Key Account Manager – Fertilizer” to grow their US business.

This role is responsible for driving sales of Fertilizer products for the Agricultural with a focus on  the Mid West/West but responsible for the whole of the US.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed projected sales targets within assigned territory
  • Establishing new business, and mapping potential customers
  • Negotiating contracts, discussing prices and sales agreements with senior-level executives
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with customers in the region
  • Exceed projected sales targets of the organisation, organising sales activities with short-medium-long terms targets and increasing this in line with said targets
  • Organisation sales visits, making presentations of different ranges of the products on the basis of the market.
  • Surveying and supervising the activity of the competitors on the market
  • Drive positive change to improve customer satisfaction and shareholder value

About The Person

We are seeking someone with strong Key Accounts with Fertilizer, who has experience selling Fertilizer products into the Agrochemical market. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong technical understanding of Fertilizer products.

Required:

  • Established relationships in Key Account Management (Ideally the top 5 US retailers)
  • Track record of over-achieving projected sales.
  • University graduate/Bachelor Degree (Chemistry/ Chemical-related field preferred)
  • +10 years of working experience within the Agrochemical industry, in an account management, business development or technical role.
  • Experienced knowledge of working with CRM systems.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively – up to 50% of the time
  • Experience dealing with a mixture of Nutritionists, End Users, and distributers.
  • Fluent in English

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a privately-owned international provider of Testing, Inspection & Certification services. Due to rapid and consistent business growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for Food TIC services based in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement sales & business development strategy for food testing, inspection & certification services across Europe to ensure company’s sales & profitability targets are met.
  • Work with marketing & other business development teams to promote strategic areas of business & identify new revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts in order to drive top line revenue.
  • The maintenance and development of relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • The provision of timely and accurate information on competitive pricing of the company’s activities and assistance in the development and maintenance of price lists and pricing strategies to ensure achievement of the company’s financial targets and objectives.
  • Assist with the development of sales & business development budgets and the assumption of responsibility for the achievement of those budgets with the agreed portfolio of clients

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
  • Must hold a BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must have 5 years’ experience in the TIC industry
  • Experience with food safety/quality is preferable
  • Must have 10 years proven sales & business development experience
  • Must be familiar with & have experience using Salesforce
  • Excellent written & verbal English & German communication skills

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of €80,000 – €120,000 plus bonus and additional benefits.

With an influx of funding and some intense growth strategies in place, we are seeking to recruit a Director of Operations to lead the expansion throughout California.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the US. Relocation packages are available, specific locations will be disclosed on application.
  • Educated with a Bachelor’s degree discipline. Additional Animal Science or Veterinary related qualifications are a considerable advantage.
  • 10+ year’s commercial experience, with some specific exposure to the Veterinary industry.

  • 3+ years’ sales experience within the pharma/nutra ingredients industry.
  • Must have previous experience working in the US pharma ingredients market.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%, mainly domestically with the potential for some international travel.
  • Strong ability to commercialize technical aspects of products.
