Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection are working in close partnership with a leading Animal Health biological manufacturer.

The organisation are seeking a Project Leader to join their team and drive the development of their biological pipeline for production animals.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements;

  • Educated with a DVM
  • Fluent English.
  • 10+ year’s industry experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in vaccine development.
  • Management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Involved in the planning, design and execution of full development strategies for the biological pipeline.
  • Provide technical support for the sales and marketing teams for publications.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external research teams.
  • Lead projects and form cohesive teams in order to achieve objectives,
  • Work closely with multiple functions including R&D, Sales, Marketing and Regulatory teams to reinforce the understanding and image of product lines.

Mackenzie Stuart is working with an industry leading consumer goods manufacturer. They are searching for a QA Supervisor for their division in New Jersey, USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all production is regulated and compliant with governing bodies. The successful candidate will have strong GMP knowledge and cleaning/personal care experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing and checking documents to ensure they comply with GMP criteria.
  • Work alongside QA and HSE Management to provide training and perform audits.
  • Monitor labelling samples for customer complaints and QC/Lab testing.
  • Quarantine any non-conforming products or batches.
  • Analyse products and data to ensure compliance with the GMP, FDA and company specifications.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QA role.
  • Experience in household products, personal care or the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.

About The Company

Mackenzie Stuart is working with a global leading ingredient manufacturer in the search of a Sales Director for the Feed Additive segment of their business focusing on Ruminant Nutrition.

The Sales Director is responsible for managing the sales process of feed additives for ruminant across the defined region for the Livestock market.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sales programs for feed additive product line targeted towards Ruminant Nutrition.
  • Manage sales force including overseeing personal development of team.
  • Analyse competitive landscape, industry trends and devise sales strategies to expand region.
  • Work closing with key customer accounts, implementing key strategic models and developing personal relationships.
  • Lead business development strategies for the sales department across the region.

We are seeking someone with a strong commercial background backed with technical understanding of feed additives and a strong knowledge of the industry. Previous experience managing a team in the region is preferred.

About the Person

  • University graduate/Bachelor Degree (technical degree preferred)
  • +8 years’ experience within the Animal Nutrition industry, in a sales, business development or business management role in the US.
  • +3 years’ management experience within the Animal Nutrition sector.
  • Flexibility to travel – up to 70% of the time.
  • Ability to work within the US.
  • Fluent English.
