About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects involved in the development of new excipients.
  • Act as a person of contact for development-relevant project activities.
  • Prepare relevant documentation.
  • Develop scientific publication and required presentations.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Monitor regulatory innovations relating to excipients.

About the Person:

I am seeking someone who has a strong technical background in oral solid dosage forms. To be considered for this position you must have a strong knowledge of English and German.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a science related subject.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in drug development, with focus on solid dosage forms.
  • Minimum 3 years’ project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.

The role will support the department head in the creation of marketing presentations and new product development ideas for Perfumery, to demonstrate the company understanding of creativity & industry trends in relation to customer brands.

ROLE

  • Provide marketing awareness of niche brands, big name clients and trends in Home, Fine Fragrance & Personal Care categories
  • Conduct market reviews to establish trends, discover white space and launch activity
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients, inspiring new concept ideas and ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Visit customers to present alongside sales team and conduct store visits to track new launches and trends
  • Liaise with global offices to send over marketing presentations and industry information

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a focus on the fragrance market or some product development experience with a brand

They supply to some extremely reputable clients and offer excellent natural & synthetic products to various markets including Personal Care, Air Care, Industrial & Home Care. They are now in the market for a Junior Perfumer with drive and hunger to join the team and grow with the company to really expand the company’s Perfumery capabilities.

THE ROLE

  • The successful candidate will work across all categories, creating fragrances under the supervision of the Technical VP to meet client needs
  • Develop and grow olfactive capabilities, hone skills to become a dynamic Perfumer with long-term growth prospects
  • Offer good technical and regulatory knowledge, creating with regulations and raw material specifications in mind
  • Amend and reformulate fragrances if required to suit customer needs and regulations

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with key clients in the region but will also be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Based Eastern Europe (home-based).
  • Fluent – English.
  • Educated with a bachelor’s degree. Master or DVM would be a considerable advantage.
  • +5 years’ experience in business development/account management-based positions.
  • Experience and understanding of the Livestock market with an existing network of kol’s.
  • Open to international travel – 30% of the time.

THE ROLE

  • Oversee Quality Assurance processes while staying on top of external/internal rules and regulations for manufacturing and selling goods
  • Prepare and update quality documentation based on standardized processes such as ISO 900
  • Carry out assessment of products and their components for quality at various stages of production
  • Work with product development team to establish quality standards for new product innovations
