Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a growing cosmetic manufacturer, to seek a driven and passionate Marketing Manager to join their team. The role will focus on the development of North American customers, branding and creativity to enhance the company image and secure strong presence in the cosmetics market. You will be in charge of researching new technologies and assessing how this can be delivered to market.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver new product concepts for key clients.
  • Present ideas & solutions to customers in both internal & external meetings.
  • Analyse trends to deliver the best returns possible and research growth areas.
  • Presentation at trade fairs and conferences.
  • Act as the point of contact for market related questions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4 years’ experience within the cosmetics industry in a marketing role.

Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global organisation who specialise in manufacturing of speciality feed ingredient manufacturer in the Search of a Business Unit Manager for their Aquaculture division.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt the global aquaculture plan for the LATAM region
  • Contribute to the Global Aqua Plan for the World Wide organisation.
  • Recruit and develop Aquaculture team for the LATAM region.
  • Lead and manage the projects effectively to grow the aquaculture business across the LATAM region.
  • Manage each Aquaculture business function for the region including R&D, Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

About The Person

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, who has experience in a commercial or technical function within the aqua industry. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements and have experience managing a team.

Required:

  • An MBA or Bachelor/Master technical degree (Animal Feed or Veterinary practice preferred)
  • +10 years of working experience within a commercial or technical role in the feed industry.
  • Experience managing a team in a commercial environment.
  • Dynamic and results orientated.
  • A pragmatic and results orientated approach.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively – up to 50% of the time
  • Fluent in Spanish & English, Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Has a solid understanding of LATAM Aquaculture business, specifically the Shrimp industry.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on the sales targets of the organisation, organising sales activities with short-medium-long terms targets and increasing this in line with said targets
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with customers in the region
  • Providing technical support for customers across region.

The company has recently moved in to brand new facilities and is in a growth phase in the APAC region. Therefore, this is a new position as part of these growth plans to strengthen relationships with local customers across countries where existing business is limited.

THE ROLE

  • Management of key local customer accounts across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines and more
  • Optimize the total sales revenue and profits across the territory, as well as increasing market share.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to establish and act upon their needs, defending market position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales role in the APAC Fragrance market

THE ROLE

  • The position will be split in to three areas of focus: Commercial and P&L Management (€50M+), Sales & Marketing Team Leadership (12 direct reports) and Customer Care
  • Overall accountability for direct handling of key local and international clients, ensuring relationships are maintained
