Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading Valve & Flow Control equipment manufacturer. The organisation is one of the industry leading Valve suppliers with a renowned global presence.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a European Product Manager – Butterfly Valves – based in Germany – to form a key part of the global product management group within the Valve business unit. This is a key position and the candidate must meet the exacting requirements.

To be considered for the role you must meeting the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in Europe without visa sponsorship. Preferably located in Northern Germany to be close to the office. Other locations in Germany can be considered
  • Educated with an Engineering or Technical related degree discipline.
  • 10+ years’ relevant industry experience within the Valve industry working in a combination of technical, product management and commercial roles
  • Detailed product knowledge of Butterfly Valve products across multiple industry applications
  • Experience working on projects focussed on product development, product upgrades and R&D within the Valve industry
  • Motivated and proactive self-starter who can work dynamically in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for leading the technical and product management activities for the Butterfly Valve product portfolio within key European markets
  • Target product development and product upgrade initiatives in order to update and develop next generation technology within the Butterfly Valve group
  • Work internally with sales, marketing and product management groups to create marketing strategies for the product line
  • Work with customers creating Voice of Customer and Market Analysis feedback to the organisation
  • Form a key member of the European leadership team supporting all key business managers
  • Reporting to General Manager – Europe.

Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working exclusively with a leading manufacturer of Valves & Flow Control products serving global markets. The organisation is an industry leader in the market with a renowned global presence.

Due to succession planning a new role has been created and the organisation is seeking to recruit a Global Engineering Manager – Severe Service Valves. This is key position within the Engineering group and the successful candidate must meet the exacting requirements.

To be considered for the role you must meeting the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
  • Currently located in Houston or willing to relocate
  • Educated with an Engineering degree discipline. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) considered advantageous
  • 10+ years’ relevant industry experience within the Valve sector with extensive technical and product knowledge across the Severe Service Valves, Ball Valve & Butterfly Valve portfolio
  • Experience of leading application & design engineering as well as technology and new product development projects
  • Experience within using 3-D modelling software and Valve design and piping codes
  • Knowledge of API and Quality standards within the industry
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter who can lead a global engineering group.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the global engineering group for the Severe Service Valve group managing teams based in the US & India
  • Responsible as the technical authority for the product portfolio providing specific expertise within the Ball Valve group
  • Lead application, design and production engineering activities responsible for oversight and sign-off of all work product
  • Lead new product development, R&D and product upgrade activities for the Severe Service Valve product group
  • Working with customers on design engineering, product selection and product development for specific projects
  • Reporting into Group Director of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer.

Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading top-tier Valves & Flow Control equipment manufacturing company. The organisation is one of the major equipment manufacturers in the world with a renowned global presence.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior Application Engineer – Control Valves & Flow Control – to lead technical activities for the application engineering group. This is a key position within the organisation and the candidate must meet the exacting requirements.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
  • Currently located in Houston or willing to relocate
  • Educated with an Engineering or Technical degree discipline
  • 8+ years relevant industry experience with technical and product line expertise within Control Valves applications for the Oil & Gas and Power markets
  • Experience in developing technical specifications and technical aspects of bids, tender & commercial proposals
  • Experience in leading a team of engineers providing leadership and mentoring to the Application Engineering group
  • Motivated and proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical leadership of the application engineering activities for the Control Valve product portfolio and business unit
  • Provide technical leadership throughout inquiry to order process liaising with customers and internal engineering teams
  • Responsible for leading a team of application engineers providing direction and expertise during day to day activities
  • Work with the global commercial and sales teams supporting their activities and working directly with customers
  • Reporting to Global Commercial Operations Manager.
