Branch & Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Poland

THE CLIENT:
Mackenzie Stuart is exclusively working with a Logistics Freight Forwarding provider. Operating from and HQ in Europe they are a global business, with an international presence in the Logistics industry. The business has seen significant growth in recent years and committed to continuing this trend.

THE ROLE:
* You will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing relationships across Poland.
* Managing a team of 10+ individuals across multiple sites with the aim to substantially grow sales.
* Managing full P&L of the branch.
* Using your contact base and business development to increase sales.
* Role will include travel across Poland and some European countries when required.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ commercial experience in freight forwarding, Air & Ocean are a positive.
* Strong understanding of the Polish labour market.
* Experience managing and leading teams for over 5+ years.

European Strategic Sales Manager – Road Transportation

THE CLIENT:
Mackenzie Stuart is exclusively working with a global leader in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. THE ROLE:
* You will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing relationships at a strategic and executive level with large MNC’s.
*This is a consultative sales role that requires strong relationship building, discovery, deal structuring and presentation skills.
* Work internally and cross BU to create solutions for the customers.
* This role has travel requirements up to 60%.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Senior Territory Sales Manager- Cell Analysis (East Coast US)

 

Mackenzie Stuart are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Cell Analysis conglomerate for a Territory Sales Manager to be responsible for instrument sales across multiple states in the North East US. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and maintaining business relationships across the territory selling the instruments into Life Science research facilities. The position offers a competitive remuneration package and will provide the opportunity for growth and development from the start.

 

Responsibilities will include;

  • Manage the sales process from early account development through to post sales activities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aiming to increase instrument sales across the region
  • Must have confidence in selling full product line and providing technical information when necessary
  • Understanding the customers research goals and communicate how the organisation can align with them
  • Work closely with FASs to carry out technical demonstrations addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Stay current with the competitive landscape and industry business trends

 

Candidate requirements;

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Science instrument sales into research facilities
  • Experience working in a research or clinical laboratory
  • Experience in reagent sales preferable

Role:

In this role you will take a lead in managing the product marketing teams. This role will hold key responsibilities in promoting the organization by communicating with stakeholders both internal and external about new and existing products.

You will work closely with the sales team to maintain and increase customer engagement through the development of sales tools and promotional marketing activities. An ability to monitor and understand key metrics is an integral aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to create engaging segmentation strategies based on existing customer data.

Additionally, a degree in Business or Marketing is required. Strong team working skills are necessary with the confidence to employ these skills in cross-functional relationships within the entire organisation; particularly product development. Experience in rapid test and learn environments is essential.

A willingness to travel is essential.
