Presently recruiting for an Account Manager to come on board and managing a pipeline of qualified prospective customers based in the UK & US. You will be their main point of contact; assisting & guiding them through the process from start to finish.
Our client is the leading educational platform organization selling learning management systems that helps business with the training for their employees, partner & clients. Their end goal is to provide high-quality corporate learning experiences in a scalable way.
Your role will be to sell through a number and combination of tailored demonstrations, RFP’s, customer calls and advertising. Your main responsibility is to deliver a positive customer experience whilst maximising revenue through means including up sales & renewals. They need individuals who are hungry to win, have great communication skills & have the highest integrity.
You will highlight a combination of features and best practices for the products. Provide advice and consultancy to prospecting clients on how best to use the product within their organization to get the best use out of it. You would also be expected to maintain and enhance existing relationships with clients after the initial sale. Throughout you will be supporting the sales process.
Learning the products inside and out is also key to being able to identify how the products align to the customers’ requirements. Travel will also be involved in the role and you will be expecting to represent the organization at tradeshows & conferences globally.
Individuals applying for this opportunity must be self-driven, high energy and must have a strong drive for results. You must have 1-3 years of software or enterprise sales experience and you also must be comfortable working with others in a team. You will also need to have excellent written and spoken English for communicating with prospects and customers.
