Account Manager – Digital Health

Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading digital healthcare company who are actively seeking an Account Manager to oversee existing Employer and health plan accounts.

Client:

Our client is a leading digital healthcare company with an innovate product in the Digital Chronic disease management space. They have developed and grown solutions that are being offered to populations throughout the USA.

Responsibility:

You will be responsible for the account management of existing Accounts, focusing on ensuring an outstanding service delivery. In doing so, you will work closely with customers to drive the engagement of patients to best utilize the platform.

This role will require someone to liaise with employees across the business by developing relationships with existing accounts. Due to the expansion of the organization, this role requires an individual who will look to expand existing accounts by up-selling additional services.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of +3 years’ B2B or B2B2C account management experience in the digital health space.
