Area Sales Manager UK

Responsibilities:

  • Working with revolutionary wood-based panels, you will promote one-of-a-kind and industry-leading goods to a UK-wide audience
  • You are in charge of quoting in our CRM system (SAP), pricing for your client base, and after-sales
  • You visit customers 1-2 days per week throughout the UK
  • Understanding your clients’ needs allows you to collaborate with them to achieve continuous year-over-year growth
  • You will promote Unilin’s creative and innovative ideals while establishing the firm as a premium brand in the UK market
  • You will collaborate directly with the National Sales Manager to enhance your abilities and network, as well as create an individualised career plan
  • Customers will be needed to go to Belgium and France on occasion to see our factories
  • Representation of Unilin at Trade Fairs and customer events throughout the UK
  • You will assist the Specification Team in guiding projects through the entire sales cycle

Profile:

  • You have prior expertise in either internal or external sales, or you have a strong interest in relationship building
  • You are a strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing market-wide plans
  • You have strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities, and you can establish long-term working connections at all levels, both inside Unilin and with clients and end-user enterprises. As a result, you may guarantee that the organisation is prepared to capitalise on business development prospects
  • A “hunter” attitude is required, and the individual chosen to this post must display high levels of enthusiasm, accomplishment, and desire to fit within Unilin’s culture. He/she will also thrive on being given a lot of responsibility while also getting mentoring and assistance from the local leadership
  • A background in panels is preferred but not required, and complete product training and onboarding will be provided
