About the Company
Mackenzie Stuart are working on behalf of a Food and Ingredients Manufacturer, in search of a Sales Orientated CEO. The role will be responsible for the growth of the organisation and executing business pipeline.
- Based: Florida, United States.
- Position: Full-time, On-site.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Executing business pipeline driving new business development and growing top line sales.
- Responsible for the management of the operations of the company, as well as setting its overall vision.
- Maintain operational initiatives in line with company goals.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including preparing and conducting employee performance appraisal.
- The CEO will be expected to understand the financials and work with the finance team as it relates to cash management and future finance plans.
- Provide companywide leadership.
Key Qualifications(including but not limited to):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing required.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales required.
- Leadership experience required.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong leadership skills and behaviours required.
