Director of Business Development – US

Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a rapidly growing, global digital wellness company who are actively seeking a Director of business development to lead their expansion through employer channels.

Responsibility:

  • Drive sales to achieve company revenue goals
  • Experience selling directly into the C-Suite & HR of groups with over 1000+ employees
  • Responsible for acquiring and managing new and existing client accounts throughout their territory and establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and pitch the product and services to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with product management, inside sales, and account management during the sales process and through handoff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successfully selling SaaS solutions to accounts in the digital health & Wellness Space
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Track record of successful quota achievement
  • Extensive development of mutually beneficial relationships with strategic industry and technology partners
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Or Equivalent)
