Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a Digital healthcare start-up who are actively seeking a Telehealth Operations Director to come on board and grow their operations and presence throughout the US.

The individual in this role will be responsible for scaling the operations of a digital health platform with a growing Telehealth component, providing a solution to a widely suffered issue. This role will require somebody with experience working in a start-up who has the ability to take on a number of different functions within the business, in order to successfully scale.
You will be responsible for building out the organisation as it develops including on boarding and training of new team members. Ensuring clinical compliance and high standards of care are delivered via our platform is a vital component of this position.
Additionally, a key focus of this position is the development and sustained upkeep of a desirable company culture which promotes innovation and strong employee performance. Furthermore, this role will hold budgetary responsibility. Furthermore, the ability to work cross functionally with different departments and legal to ensure necessary compliance is adhered to.
The successful candidate must have a successful background of 8+ years in a digital health operations leadership role, preferably in a start-up environment.
A detail orientated individual who demonstrates a passion for problem solving which transfers into bringing value to this organisation, through strategic planning and business development. Furthermore, a demonstrated passion for customer satisfaction which has been proven in past endeavours.
Candidates must have a degree.
A Masters is preferred but not essential.
