Distribution Account Manager
Based: New Jersey
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + bonuses & attractive package
Mackenzie Stuart is currently seeking a Distribution Account Manager on behalf of a globally renowned chemicals manufacturing company.
This is a new, exciting position created to support the Personal Care business unit, with clear career progression opportunities. The Key Objective is to act as a primary interface with the Personal Care distributor network across the US and Canada.
- Central point of contact for distributors in the Personal Care market.
- Implementing strategic business plans to develop, defend and maintain relationships.
- Providing commercial support and solutions to queries, credit & payment issues.
- Maintaining regular reports including budgeting, forecasting, pricing guidance etc…
- Informing clients of product developments & changes, offering technical & quality support.
- Analysing & reporting competitor activity and market trends.
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales focused position in the Personal Care industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customers, ingredients, key players etc.
- BSc in Chemistry or a related field, preference for candidates with a technical background.
- Confident communication skills and strong business acumen
- Travel approx. 50%.
