Key Account Manager – Fragrance

 

THE BUSINESS

Mackenzie Stuart is currently working closely with one of our key clients in the search for a new Key Account Manager for their fragrance business. The company has a strong record of growth and their European expansion has been a great success – therefore this is a new position to continue to solidify a strong market presence in the region.

THE ROLE

  • Primarily focusing on new business development, customer acquisition and growth through proactive sales strategy for Germany, Eastern Europe & Turkey
  • Propose and develop a sales plan including targets and gross margin
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with key clients
  • Maximisation of profitability and margin performance
  • Maintain knowledge of products, market trends and competition to keep ahead of competition and developments
  • Promote company and participate in industry exhibitions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ Years’ sales experience in the Fragrance industry
  • Knowledge of the regional market Germany & Eastern Europe
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Understanding of brand management, positioning and key industry players
  • B2B experience focusing on new business in a competitive landscape with proven track record of growth
  • Ability to travel and work independently
  • English and German speaking is essential
