Regional Fragrance Sales Manager – Italy

THE BUSINESS

Our client is a leading, privately owned fragrance manufacturer with the backing of a global chemical corporation. Following a lengthy period of sustained growth, they are currently looking to expand and grow their market share in the Italian market. From the company’s sales office in Milan, they require a senior sales professional who can utilise their knowledge of the market to maximise business development in Italy.

ROLE

  • Work with the HQ to create and implement aggressive business development strategy
  • Grow sales with new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing accounts
  • Using industry expertise, manage sustainable growth of sales
  • Provide accurate and attentive service, work with creative departments and use industry knowledge to execute projects in accordance with client needs
  • Trouble shoot and resolve any issues if they arise

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales role with a focus on the Italian Fragrance market
  • Completion of business administration degree
  • Good communications skills (English & Italian speaking essential)
  • Excellent negotiations, commercial and sales skills
  • SAP user knowledge
