Regional Sales Manager – Fragrances


Our client is a privately-owned & international fragrance house, that is dedicated to quality, excellence and creativity. They create fragrances for a variety of industry sectors that are tailor-made to fit the product positioning of their clients. They are currently seeking a strong regional commercial professional to lead expansion of the business into a relatively new region with high potential.


  • Working with the CEO, strategise for growth of turnover & new sales in Central & Northern Europe
  • Execute new business development strategy to acquire new clients and build-out sales long term
  • Grow partnerships with clients in Air Care, Home Care, Personal Care & Fine Fragrance with support from the creative & marketing teams
  • Act as point of contact for all sales/commercial matters and travelling as necessary to meet with customers and grow the business


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in new business development
  • Must come from the Fragrance industry with strong market knowledge of Germany & Central/North Europe
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Must speak German, English and ideally French
  • Good communications and negotiations skills
  • Time management, ability to work autonomously and deadline orientated
  • Ability to travel when necessary, across assigned region
