Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with one of the fastest growing companies in the Global Orthopedic market. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Illinois, with the role to be based in the Chicagoland area.
- Manage a team of 13 Direct Sales Representatives and Logistics team members
- Report into the Area Director
- Drive new sales growth within the region
- Develop & Implement a strategic commercial plan to drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of growth targets
- Liaise with KOL’s and key surgeons in the region
- 10-15 years’ Orthopedic Sales Experience
- Sales Management experience in the Orthopedic space
- A proven track record of Sales growth and quota attainment within the Orthopedic industry
- Willingness to travel as required
- Highly motivated to drive new business within the region and continue the organisations impressive growth
