RVP Operations – Dermatology

Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a rapidly growing Dermatology organization who are hiring for an RVP to oversee the East Coast and TX.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the P&L, annual budgets, BD/marketing, centralized operations (e.g. IT and billings), compliance, and day-to-day operations of multiple clinics across the East Coast whilst working with the executive team to integrate strategic plans that assist the organizations growth initiatives and profitability. The successful candidate will uphold our client’s commitment to providing outstanding levels of service and will evaluate all process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows.

Candidate requirements

Our client is seeking a dynamic leader with an exceptionally strong operational background. Candidates must have 10 years progressive experience within healthcare and a Bachelors (Masters is highly preferred). To be successful candidates must be comfortable with the financial and business operations. This role requires candidates with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset who can work alongside the executive team, developing process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for successful expansion. The successful candidate will be motivated, driven and able to make executive decisions quickly.
