Sales Accounts Manager – Food Manufacturing – Germany

Mackenzie Stuart is working with a global food manufacturing company searching for a sales leader to further develop their accounts in Germany. The successful candidate will have a proven sales record in the food industry, demonstrate a hunter attitude and strive to secure new business and show a proactive sales attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Use previous sales experience to grow current accounts.
  • Hunt and secure new business and accounts for the company.
  • Strive to increase company sales and profitability.
  • Up-sell new products.
  • Execute personal commercial strategy to exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a GMP environment.
  • At least 3 years of food sales experience, food service accounts preferably.
  • A proven sales record with growth and profitability figures as evidence.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
