Sales Director – Texas Region
Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a national Building Materials distributor, who are seeking a Sales Director, selling into the Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential and Multi-family markets. This position will report into the President of the company and is based in the Dallas, Texas region.
- Assist in fostering enduring connections with important clients and vendor partners.
- Organize the introduction of new products and sales initiatives.
- Create sales budgets, pricing plans, and territory designs in collaboration with regional and district leadership.
- Capable of gathering, analysing, and finalising sales reports.
- Management policies are interpreted and implemented.
- Identifies, creates, and maintains strong connections with professional referral sources, as well as essential community and strategic partners, to guarantee ongoing referrals and opportunities to promote and recruit residents.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of accomplishment in meeting occupancy sales targets in the flooring, wallcovering, and interiors industries.
- Experience is in one or more of the following markets required: Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Multi-family.
- Capability to consistently and impartially understand and apply policies and procedures.
- Willing to travel up to 60%.
