Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnerships with top companies in the Animal Nutrition sector. We are currently looking for a Sale Manager in US, Texas.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies within the Animal Nutrition markets
- Be able to provide quick solutions to customers and team members
- Responsible for skilled negotiations in terms of fees with a client.
- Build strong connections with customers as well as team members.
- Conduct weekly progress reports. Being able to show your manager your business and a projection for the week/month ahead.
- Controlling sales activities with existing customers, as well as new ones.
- Establish and develop long-term relationships and be accountable for any activities within.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (preferred in animal but not specific)
- Must have 3+ years of experience in the animal nutrition industry.
- Be able to take criticism and be open to suggestions from teammates.
- Ability to work within teams and have strong communication skills.
- High level of English language skills.
- Confident in your ability to communicate your vision to customers.
- Be able to provide and explain high end knowledge and expertise in the Animal Nutrition Industry.
- Be able to thrive in environments where pressure is high.
The expected salary for this role would be $120K – $130K, with other benefits depending on level of performance.
