Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading manufacturer & supplier of Ready Mix Concrete. They are looking to add another Sales Representative to their well established regional team, with great opportunities for internal progression
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Hunting new business in the Raleigh – Durham, NC area in the Ready Mix Concrete space
- Account management, the book of business will already be in the multi-millions, so maintaining this customer base is highly important for the position
- Capability to target both Commercial (70%) & Residential (30%) clients, with the ability to shift focus year-on-year depending on market trends
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Sales experience with Ready Mix Concrete, not specific on time-frames, but a record of sales growth is necessary
- Self-motivated & a business driver, this role won’t have micro-management so the ability to be responsible for your own results is highly important
- Bachelors degree would be highly preferred
Salary range for the position: $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.
Additional benefits include but not exclusive to: bonus (15-20% potential), company vehicle, 401k matching, health insurance scheme. Other benefits may be included in the package.
