Senior Operations Manager
Pennsylvania – Fertility

They specialize in markets within the fertility sector including Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility Diagnostics, and In Vitro Fertilization. Our client is looking for a results-driven individual to oversee and provide leadership to rapidly growing clinics in Pennsylvania. The individual will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and have a number of responsibilities including but not limited to; strategic planning to grow the region and resources, monthly P&L, vendor relations and annual budget.
The Senior Operations Manager must provide leadership as well as being responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of assigned offices. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Development of the annual budget and responsible for achieving set budgeting targets
- Ensure assigned regions has an effective and efficient infrastructure
- Ensure account receivables goals are met and maintained
- Recruit, select, retain, train, and supervise practice personnel
- Assist, support, and manage efforts to ensure the Practices’ ates in full and complete compliance will all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
- Maintain practice operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing practice operational policies
- Ensure growth of the practice regarding its facility management, identifying new office space and planning and developing new sites
The suitable candidate must hold a master’s degree in business administration or other relevant field. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years healthcare industry experience running sites comparable to the stated role. The individual must also have a minimum 5 year progressive leadership and management experience with similar responsibilities. A strong financial background is paramount with prior experience dealing with developing and maintaining budgets.
Key skills and experience must include interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written skills as well as goof managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The right candidate must also have strong customer service and results orientation and a proven ability to build and maintain highly effective teams.
