Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a fantastic Primary Care start-up company who are actively seeking a Sr Director of Revenue Cycle. This role is remote with some travel as needed.

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process including billing, coding and AR to optimize and enhance the revenue cycle function. The successful candidate will assist in the communications with insurance, collections, cash posting, billing transactions with clients, and report creation. The role holds responsibility for resolving all revenue cycle problems; ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will assist with the development of department goals and strategies to ensure the revenue cycle function aids the financial performance of our client. Working alongside multiple departments, the successful candidate will analyze data and trends to make relevant recommendations to improve performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with significant external vendors.
Our client is seeking a Sr Director of Revenue Cycle. Candidates must have a BS, ideally a Masters or MBA. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience within Healthcare (ideally Primary Care) and a CPC (or relevant qualification). Management experience is essential. Experience scaling a team is required alongside exceptional communication and organizational skills.
