Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a Global 3PL on the search for a Vice President of Sales – Automotive to lead their vertical team across the Americas. The company is a third-party logistics provider, specialising in End-to-End solutions, including Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding, Domestic Brokerage & Value-added services.
This role is tasked with shaping the strategy & agenda to develop regional activity. Working closely with senior leadership across business units and functions.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Driving Automotive Business Development across region through growth plan execution.
- Develop and communicate sector strategy aligned with overall business objectives, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify key trends in the sector, collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, and ensure the sector’s value proposition aligns with operational execution and customer expectations.
- Maintain strong oversight of all global Multinational Customers (MNC), while also supporting the development of strategic accounts within the Business Unit.
- Leadership of GCM, RCM & GKAMs regionally, focused on developing global MNC business.
- Create 1-5 year plans to optimize the organization, function and identify talent for strategy execution.
- Offer guidance and support to country-based sales staff as part of driving growth in the sector.

- 12+ years within Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- 6+ years Automotive sector expertise
- Superior track record of success across sales revenues, profit & growth
- Hungry, ambitious & entrepreneurial
