Sales Team Leader – Germany & Europe – Vacuum Technology (Clean-room)

Mackenzie Stuart is in partnership with a Global Vacuum Technology Manufacturer who are actively seeking a passionate and successful International Sales Manager to a lead, nurture and develop an international sales team selling vacuum technology to clean room customers across Life Science verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage international sales engineers across Germany & Europe
• Lead technical product presentations, customer training & organize/attend local and international tradeshows to increase brand awareness
• Support end-users, OEM’s and international partners
• Strategically develop local & international sales areas
• Provide personal customer service and through virtual meetings
• Lead negotiations, offers & cooperate internally

Competencies

• Related experience selling precision mechanical, vacuum or electronic precision components (i.e. Sensors, Pumps, Fittings, Valves, Measurement OR related technologies), Tools, Systems OR Equipment direct to OEM’s or Distributors
• Market experience preferably in Life Sciences i.e. Analytical, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical OR Medical OEM Manufacturing or related industry
• Travel will be occasionally required
• Proven record of field related positions i.e. Sales Engineering, International Sales OR Account Management
• Can work with a high-technical acumen demand technology portfolio globally with direct OEM customers
• Profound experience of the sales process with high degree of communication skills & energy

Requirements:

• Engineering, technical or scientific studies or comparable training with corresponding education
• Ideal candidate location: Baden-Württemberg area or Frankfurt, Germany
• Languages: Fluent German with English capabilities
• Hybrid position 3/4 days on-site initially for embedment purposes
• Approach work via technically and customer focused

Compensation:

• Total compensation starting from €90K-110K base salary dependent on experience + competitive bonus plan
