Role Overview: We are exclusively partnering with a leading 3PL company to seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in the DACH and Northern Europe regions. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in contract logistics, with a primary emphasis on food cold chain, FMCG, and retail customers. The core responsibility will be onboarding new accounts in the warehousing space.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive business growth and develop strategies to onboard new clients in the contract logistics sector
– Focus on expanding services in the food cold chain, FMCG, and retail sectors.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
– Identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
– Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in contract logistics.
– Proven experience in developing and managing new business accounts.
– Fluent in German and English at a professional level.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. –
Strong understanding of the warehousing and logistics landscape.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
