Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a dietary supplement contract manufacturer who are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facility in Utah, this is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest quality standards and fostering a safe productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Manage 5 direct reports across production, maintenance and quality.
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with cGMP, FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
- Manage raw materials, finished goods and production schedules.
- Develop and manage performance reports, and analyze operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing or plant management experience, ideally in the Nutraceutical contract manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA and industry-specific regulations.
