We are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, PE-backed leader in e-commerce logistics software to appoint a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to their expanding DACH team. Our client is transforming fulfilment and logistics for retailers, brands, and e-commerce businesses across Europe, and this role is pivotal in driving new business growth within the sector. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and capitalize on sales opportunities with established e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe through both inbound and outbound outreach.
– Identify and qualify new B2B business prospects through your own research, including leveraging social media platforms.
– Craft tailored proposals based on prospect needs and present comprehensive, custom fulfillment solutions to e-commerce retailers.
– Lead consultative discussions and negotiate terms with potential customers, managing the sales process from lead identification through to deal closure, often coordinating with cross-functional byrd teams.
– Serve as a product evangelist, championing the byrd vision for fulfillment, networking with industry peers, presenting to senior business executives at industry events, and demoing solutions to prospective clients.
– Provide feedback to uncover blockers and opportunities for development based on sales conversations.
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:
– Significant experience in a comparable sales role, with a successful sales track record demonstrating target achievement.
– Experience selling to senior business executives and large organizations, with the ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
– Preferably a strong background in e-commerce and logistics industries.
– Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills. – Strong customer and service orientation, with a high affinity for online business environments.
– Demonstrated reliability, drive, and team spirit.
– Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
