Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international Oil & Gas company. The company provides services and manufactured parts such Wellhead equipment and Valves.
We are currently recruiting for a US Operations Manager based in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide effective leadership for reporting Branches and Sales teams
- Oversee the regions business planning and processes
- P&L responsibility over 5 branches
- Propose business growth opportunities
- Ensure all branches and employees adhere to HSE goals
- Lead special projects and assignments
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oilfield space
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience
- Post secondary education, preferred
- Must have experience in Wellhead service industry
