Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Your Expertise: Over 15 years of business development experience at a senior level in Third Party Logistics (3PL) including business services in the areas of supply chain, warehousing, distribution, transportation, food/consumer package goods, etc.
- In-Depth Industry Knowledge: specific knowledge of processors, wholesalers, brokers, retailers, etc. Ideally candidate has specific 3PL experience with food manufactures, food retailers, food importers and exporters. Experience in other verticals such as automotive, technology, pharmaceutical, would be an advantage in helping share best practices from other sectors.
- Europe: experience in leading teams, engaging in and nuances of countries across Europe
- Sales and account management process: worked with and ideally led using salesforce.com or other tools to support region, team and individual performance in new business targets, renewals and customer service measurement.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrate inspiring leadership in dynamic, competitive landscapes.
- Financial Acumen: Interpret financial performance and develop and implement plans to improve underperforming facilities.

The expected salary for this position is between €180,000-€230,000 per annum.
