Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a National 3PL focused on Warehouse & Transloading solutions on the search for a Sales Manager (Individual)
Location: Long Beach, CA
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively seek, and onboard business with new and existing customers through outside sales calls & site visits
- Identify high-volume, large-scale Warehousing sales opportunities, build relationships with customers, and close key accounts
- Manage multiple demands and competing priorities to ensure account goals are achieved
- Participate in specific meetings with Transload customers
- Measure and analyse data and drive sales analysis activities that are aligned with the business and growth strategies
- Leading negotiations and interactions with customers
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-5+ years Warehousing Sales experience
- Track record of success in building a book of business
- Ability to travel up to 50% required
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
The expected salary for this role would be USD $110K – $150K alongside commission & benefits.
