With a strong commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability, they are dedicated to providing innovative products that enhance environmental performance in buildings. As they expand their presence in Ohio, USA, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Insulation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Insulation sector, aligning it with company goals and market trends to drive revenue growth.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets and fostering a customer-centric approach.
  3. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and target markets within Ohio, implementing effective sales strategies to capture market share and increase sales revenue.
  4. Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  5. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the insulation products, including their technical specifications, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, tracking performance against targets and making adjustments as necessary.
  7. Sales Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.
  8. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and present sales performance updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management roles, with 5+ years of experience in the Building Materials or Insulation sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of insulation products and their applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Ohio construction and building materials market.
  • Results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales goals and growing market share.
