Client:

Our client is a leading digital healthcare company with an innovate product in the Digital Chronic disease management space. They have developed and grown solutions that are being offered to populations throughout the USA.

Responsibility:

You will be responsible for the account management of existing Accounts, focusing on ensuring an outstanding service delivery. In doing so, you will work closely with customers to drive the engagement of patients to best utilize the platform.

This role will require someone to liaise with employees across the business by developing relationships with existing accounts. Due to the expansion of the organization, this role requires an individual who will look to expand existing accounts by up-selling additional services.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of +3 years’ B2B or B2B2C account management experience in the digital health space.

Our client is in a very impressive growth phase with a very strong 5 year plan to meet the increasing demand for high quality care. Currently operating in 5 states, our client are looking to enter multiple new territories. Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee multi-site multi-state operations. The role will involve responsibility for all day to day operations as the company grows including hiring and onboarding as the company looks to double in size.  The incumbent will identify all opportunities for growth (as well as identify any areas of risk) and will support the acquisition of new clinics alongside organic openings. The incumbent will work alongside senior leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and plans. The successful candidate will work to grow the value-based care service by identifying all opportunities to improve quality.

Candidate requirements

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Operations. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years operational experience within healthcare, ideally within primary care. Experience with value based care and quality incentives is essential. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated with very strong communication skills.  This role is based in Florida and relocation assistance will be offered if needed.

Executive Clinical Director – Autism

Mackenzie Stuart is working with one of the leading providers of ABA therapy in the US. They are looking for an Executive Clinical Director to join their team to work with individuals and their families who are affected by autism, whilst leading teams to provide the best client outcomes.

Client:

Our client offers ABA therapy and autism diagnostic services to individuals of all ages. Engaging with families and using evidence-based methods, they help to change the lives of the individuals and families who are affected by autism.

Role:

The successful candidate for this position will oversee the entire clinical department, consisting of an ABA division and an autism diagnostics division. They will be responsible for the day to day running of clinical department, focussing on quality, expansion, and growth.

Within this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for assessing current policies and procedures and developing and implementing new ones where necessary. They will directly manage 4 director level clinicians.

Other duties include ongoing consultation to staff, ensuring clinical strategies are implemented accurately and consistently, and ensuring that all staff demonstrate proficiency in using ABA techniques. All of this must be done whilst upholding the highest quality of service to clients and abiding by ethical and best practice guidelines.

This is a remote position, that will require around 20% travel.

Candidate requirements:

Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and a PsyD. At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership position for an ABA or related organization is also required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organisational skills and excellent problem-solving skills.

Role:

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of an ABA clinic, with an emphasis on growth and expansion. There is the expectation that the Regional Director will open an additional clinic in the near future.

This position will oversee a team of BCBA’s and ABA therapists, providing ongoing training and supervision.

Other duties include consultation to staff and parents, ensuring clinical strategies are implemented accurately and consistently, working 1:1 with children and ensuring that all staff demonstrate proficiency in using ABA techniques.
