The VP of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company’s global sales strategy. Following a strong growth period the company is now looking to add a proven sales leader, with a passion for the beauty industry and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients old and new.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the global sales strategy.
  • Manage and develop a successful sales team.
  • Act as a hunter, actively seeking new business and creating leads.
  • Responsible for the achievement of company objectives.
  • Travel to meet with current and potential clients as required.
  • Negotiating contracts, discussing pricing and forging agreements.

About The Person

We are looking to speak with individuals who are strategic thinkers, with proven sales records to match within the Health & Beauty Industry.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor degree (MBA Preferred)
  • 10+ years experience in a sales/BD position.
  • Strong experience working within the Health & Beauty Industry.
  • An understanding of end to end product launches.
  • Experience in a contract manufacturer preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
  • Willing to travel as required.

The organisation are seeking to recruit a Regional Business Unit Lead focused on Poultry. The Poultry Business Unit lead will develop and implement species specific strategy and initiatives for the LATAM region.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • +5 years’ experience in this role or of a similar type
  • Fluent English
  • Educated with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree. Veterinary or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Detailed regional and species experience across Latin America.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that are effective throughout the LATAM Region.
  • Align Brand Planning in the region with the global brand planning process, whilst identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement for the Poultry Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional and Local brand teams to lead and execute regional brand and product launch.
  • Analyse market trends and current brand performance in order to develop an improved local action plan.
  • Work proactively and interact with existing key customers.

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years in an R&D position, Research institute or University.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience manging a team of >5 reports.
  • Willingness to Travel 20-30%
